The Netherlands & Belgium
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders to The Netherlands and Belgium over €75,-. A shipping fee of €3.95 applies for orders under €75,-.
Europe & United Kingdom
Orders within Europe and in the United Kingdom are shipped for free from €150. A shipping fee of €9.95 applies for orders under €150. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
International
We offer free Standard Shipping for orders over €150 outside Europe. A shipping fee of € 19.95 applies for orders under €150. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
Is your order not what you expected? At CarlieV you can return your order within 14 days after you have received your invoice.
You can return your package to us (return costs are for your own account). Register your return package via the 'return' page and follow the instructions.The returned products will be refunded to the account with which the order was placed within 14 days of receipt.
The Netherlands

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned unworn and undamaged in its original packaging, the return costs are on own expense. The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment, this also applies for missing packages. CarlieV strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the package arrives in good condition. As a buyer, you must be able to provide a shipment receipt at any time. Unidentifiable return shipments cannot be processed. If the order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs will be reimbursed, if only part is returned, the shipping costs will be for your own expense.

Note: Returns that have not been registered via the return portal will not be processed. Also, products that are not returned in the original packaging will only be processed if the product is still in good condition.
Refund
The repayment of your order will happen automatically and we will transfer the money back to your credit card or bank account, depending on which method was chosen to pay the original order. Keep in mind that the reimbursement might take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank. CarlieV reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they are worn or have not been returned within the stipulated deadline. NOTE: Return costs are for your own account. Worn earrings may not be returned due to hygiene.
If you want to return a product that has been paid for with a gift card, you will receive a gift card credit in return. It is not possible to exchange a gift card or products paid for with a gift card for money.
